Mike Pollard

Litigation and Employment Lawyer

A litigator and employment lawyer, Mike is no stranger to high-conflict situations.  Clients appreciate Mike’s work ethic, honesty and deep understanding of his practice areas.

Mike’s legal practice took root under the mentorship of two of Southern Alberta’s premier litigators and he cut his teeth litigating cases destined for trial. Now, with extensive trial experience under his belt, Mike continues to seek out difficult cases, focusing his practice on bet-the-farm cases with complicated factual and legal issues. Mike’s litigation practice focuses on employment, construction, fraud, intellectual property, shareholder and contract disputes.

When he is not litigating, Mike helps clients navigate thorny employment law problems such as executive contracts, dismissals, human rights obligations, duty of fair representation complaints and non-competition and non-solicitation agreements.
